That can be some dirt caught on the lens. Try cleaning the area with a dry lint free cloth and try again.

Does the dot also appear on pictures taken with the 3x lens?

Did you figure out what the issue was and could you get it fixed? My iPhone 13 Pro does exactly the same with the 3x lens. Thank you
