Is there an Update or Is it Not?

On my iPhone SE2 running iOS 16.4.1 (a) the Settings app shows a red badge with a number 1 for having a software update in the pipeline. But when I tip the button in order to make the update being performed a message appears, search for updates has being failed.

Is there something going wrong at my side or at Apples side?

search for updates has being failed.

Check the networdk connection:

You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.
