Virtual try on feature won’t work, I’ve tried everything in my settings

im shopping for glasses online and there is a virtual try on feature, where it uses the camera to show you what the glasses would look like on you. It worked fine on my old iPhone and I got a new iPhone 13 a few months ago and now the website feature won’t work. So obviously it’s something within the settings but I don’t know what it is as I’ve tried all the basics
