Streaming apple tv
When I stream Apple TV I have ghost in the picture. I have resent tv but did not correct the problem.

The first thing to do in a situation like this is to isolate where the issue is originating by testing each component.
Try removing the HDMI cable between the Apple TV and the television and replacing it with a different one. Be sure the HDMI cable is compatible based on this information found at Set up Apple TV - Apple Support:

You should also try plugging the HDMI cable into a different input on the television and see if that resolves the issue.
Next, try connecting the Apple TV to a different television.
