27” 2011 iMac not waking from sleep
I am struggling to find a source for my issue and wanted to put it out there to see if anyone has experienced the same problem.
2011 27” imac runs beautifully aside from a fan on full blast which I think is a sensor that needs replacing.
the biggest issue I have with this is that as soon as it goes into sleep mode there’s no waking it and I have to restart it.
I’ve tried SMC, PRAM resets changed the hard drive, power supply and run diagnostics test which is only showing the temp sensor fault.
Do you think the temp sensor could be causing the problem? Or maybe is there something on the logic board causing this or the backlight?
