Yes. For Apple devices, it’s called iCloud photos - and is integral to iPad, iPhone and Mac. Simply enable on all your devices.

For iPad and iPhone:

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > Photos > Sync this iPad | iPhone
