I recently switched SIM over to a new provider. I have not been able to send messages. The message bubble is green but has an exclamation red mark. My new SIM has been changed to a new onw, Nerwork rest,Iphone XR switched off but still would not work.

Have done several times already. Problem still unresioved

Call them back and speak to someone higher up, text message is their feature.
Message fail to send
