Cellular Data Button in Control Center

I found it. To fix this issue, please go to: Settings > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions > Cellular Data Changes. Now, please select “Allow.”

You may have Content & Privacy Restrictions set to ON in Screen Time. To fix this issue:

Open Settings ➡️ Screen Time ➡️ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➡️ Cellular Data Changes: Set this to ALLOW.

Can you turn it on in Settings? If not, what are you seeing there when you try?

Updating to a later iOS version might help and most probably won’t. U can check on your screen time settings.

Author has the iPhone SE first generation. It cannot be updated to iOS 16. The highest it can update to is iOS 15.

Update your iPhone:

I see that you have iOS15 installed. So, update it, seeing if it is fixed.. iOS16 is out, so try upgrading to that. Just know that once you have installed the update, you cannot downgrade from there. Have a Computer Handy? If so, try using a computer to update. I know for a fact that this has nothing to do with a software update. There’s a setting somewhere.

That was it. 16.6 automatically set this to Don't Allow when it installed.
