i have a blue highlighter bouncing around each section on my iPad screen. This only started yesterday, it’s very distracting and annoying. How do I stop it? I have tried shutting down the iPad, I have looked through everything section trying to find out how to stop but failed. Help please

Found the fault! It’s was the switch control in Accessibility settings. Switch control was “on” which allows you to use your iPhone by sequentially highlighting items on the screen that can be activated through an adaptive accessory. No switched off and all good. Tave2
