недавно купил с коробкой магазина вышла неисправны сам по себе перезагружается сдал эппл сервису они отказывает ремонтировать бесплатно или поменять скорее всего он новый телефон. Они говорят что снимут из гарантии теперь кому обращаться кому жаловаться незнаю помогите пожалуйста 🙏

It sounds like you bought this iPhone 11 used or from a non-authorized Apple retailer - not from an Apple Store. You should take this phone back to the store where you purchased it and ask for a refund. You were sold a defective phone.
