Family sharing app subscription
My friend recently purchased a subcription of an app with family share, but I can't access to the subscription.
When i open this app on my device it needs to be purchased.

Unless it's an Apple app such as Apple TV, Arcade, News, etc..., recurring subscriptions cannot generally be shared over Family Sharing.
If the app has a price to download, then it should not have any additional subscriptions. Family Sharing in this case should let you download it from your friends purchase list without having to pay for it.
