Monterey 2.6.6 and Spotlight not working well

After I applied the last update to Monterey (2.6.6) spotlight doesn't work quite well.

Spotlight finds applications like FaceTime or Chess, but not the others I installed like Garageband for example. Moreover it doesn't find anything at all when I look for files in download folder or any other folder.

I tried to reindex spotlight with System Preferences->Spotlight, but it is not working.

I tried again with mdutil and a few options like -E to erase and rebuild the index or -i to turn it off and on. I have seen that it rebuilds the index in the spotlight window, because it shows the progress line, but again it is like it is not indexing all because I can't find anything but Apple applications or links to online information .

I would appreciate any idea to solve this issue.

Thank you.

Thank you for your answer Luis.

I ran Etrecheck and it showed me a few possible issues.

I deleted a few applications and among them was CleanMyMac.

Spotlight is working fine again :-).
