If you can’t send picture messages on your iPhone 12, there are several possible reasons and fixes:

1. Check your network connection: MMS, or picture messages, typically require a cellular data connection. Check to ensure you have good cellular reception and that cellular data is turned on (Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data).

2. Check your MMS Messaging settings: Go to Settings > Messages and make sure “MMS Messaging” is turned on.

3. Reset Network Settings: Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will erase all your saved Wi-Fi passwords, so use this step only if the previous steps didn’t help.

4. Contact Metro by T-Mobile: If none of the above steps work, it’s possible there might be an issue with your carrier or your account. Contact Metro’s customer service for assistance.

If you’re trying to send pictures via iMessage (to another iPhone user) and it’s not working, make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data, as iMessage also requires an internet connection. If problems persist, you can try turning iMessage off and on again in Settings > Messages.
