Can't cancel subscription of app Voice Translator

I cannot cancel subscription of this app Voice Translator. The option given are only various subscriptions with fees, and there is no cancel subscription option. The website said if there is no cancel subscription option, it means it will not auto renewed. However my card is still charged when the current subscription expires. It is a terrible experience. Do not know what to do. Can Apple account customer service help me?
