Aol mail won’t reinstall

I deleted my aol mail account as recommended as a fix to the problem of not receiving email. I tried to reinstall it as directed, but it just keeps looping back to “add an account” and does not install.

Can’t add my email to Mail My Mail app has been acting up recently with my passwords so I decided reset my passwords online but they weren’t updating in Mail, or settings, no matter how many times I tried. I decided to delete my email accounts off of Mail and re-enter them in hopes that it would satisfy any issues.
