Iphone 11 dropped in Sea

I have dropped my iPhone 11 in the ocean on 26th of may, is it possible that phone still can survive if i found it anyway? Is find my tells the exact location of the phone?

The RF physics are going to prevent your phone from either determining or communicating it’s position while underwater.
