Screen flickers to black 1-2 seconds.

I have just purchased a Mac mini M2, and have set it up to use my LG C9 65 inch as a monitor. Everything works great except I get a 1 to 2 second black flicker every few minutes or so on the monitor. I have tried changing a few settings like setting the television to PC mode and also setting the monitor settings in the Mac mini to HDR.

I’ve seen a few posts on here of people having the same problems, but I’m not able to reply as they are old posts and wondering if anyone ever found a solution to this? I connected my old MacBook Pro early 2015 to the same monitor as a test and it also does the same thing, so I am pretty certain has something to do with the setting on the television, but I wouldn’t know which one to change. Has anyone else and able to fix this issue?
