None of our device purchases are showing up in our Apple purchase history and all were purchased directly from Apple, with only one Apple account. Even my recent iPhone 14, purchased a few months ago is not in the purchase history when I look it up on my phone. I am trying to find record of an IPad I purchased around four years ago. I called Apple support and the cannot find record of it.

In general, your purchase history shows what you purchased from the iTunes and App stores, not your hardware purchases from a physical or online Apple Store.
You can log in to Shop - Order List - Apple.com and see if you purchases show up there. It will only shop purchases made in the last 18 months however.
Unless you have a file with all your receipts, it's not possible to find hardware purchases from years past.

When I select "Purchase History" and then select "Last Year" for the date range. The search result shows "More Than 25 Results" without showing any of the purchases. Come on Apple!
