Hi,
found a couple of threads with this issue but no solution and they were locked.
I have all the notifications turned off for when the Display is Sleeping but they keep playing when its off.
I tried to enable/disable all of them, restarting but nothing worked.
Anyone has an idea on how to fix this?

Do you notice this happening with one specific type of notifications or all notifications? If it's specific ones, what app are they coming from?
Those details can help narrow down what's happening.

I already tried restarting (multiple times)
Gonna try to boot in Safe mode. Anything specific I should do after booting in Safe Mode?

Safe mode isn't a remedy as much as it is an isolation tool. While in safe mode, please test to see how notifications behave. Once that is done, you can restart and then test again with notifications.
