My (very expensive) F1 TV Pro subscription stopped working on the iPhone App and on the content provider's website. They can not fix or find the payment and have informed me that I have to request a refund from Apple and then re-subscribe.
I have tried following the Apple process but I can not select this specific subscription for a refund when I follow the process.
I can't find any other way of escalating this.

I do not, however, what to cancel my subscription. I need a refund so that I can resubscribe and (hopefully) use the subscription.
Currently, I have paid an annual subscription, but the app does not recognise it.
Unable to request a refund.
