iTunes app on Mac shows iPhone storage is full the iPhone shows it is only half full iTunes (12.8.3.1) on my Mac shows in the storage bar at the bottom of the summary page that iPhone (iOS 16.6) storage is full, "Over Capacity by 35.56 GB," but the iPhone in its "iPhone Storage" section has a storage bar that show that the storage is less than half full. I connected my iPhone to the my Mac to update the music on my iPhone (from the music stored on my Mac) a week ago and this was not the case. The only thing that has changed this week is that we started a free trial of Apple Music's streaming service. But ... even after I removed ALL of the music from the iPhone (and most podcasts and Audiobooks, etc.), iTunes still showed that the iPhone storage was full. The iTunes app on the Mac is reporting that the largest percentage of the use of the storage is Data (dark green bar). Yes, I've shut down and restarted both the Mac and the iPhone and that process had no impact on the misrepresentation of the storage. What's going on and how do I get iTunes to reflect the actual use of the storage on the iPhone? Thanks!!

Hi,
