I tried the things I can do easily on that page, reboot, switch blue tooth off and on on each device etc. The reason I asked on here is that I have an old iPad that the device connects to with no problem, however, the new ipad I just bought to replace the old one, doesn’t connect. It’s a page turner for sheet music and the device’s primary role will be for sheet music so it’s quite important to connect it.
Hi, I can’t pair it. I’ve tried removing it from the old device, resetting it etc, but the new device never finds it or shows it in the list of nearby devices. If I then try it on the old device again, it connects without a problem.

Are you able to pair the device but not connect? Or can you not even pair it? Try unpairing it from the old iPad. Some BT devices are finicky. Also, consult the manufacturer of the device to make sure you're properly putting it into pairing mode. Sometimes, there's a limit on the number of devices the BT device can pair to and then it needs to be reset.
Definitely time to consult the manufacturer. Some BT devices have rather obscure pairing processes.
