How do I disable Apple Music on my Macbook pro M2

Im sure its a fine service, but I'm not interested and I've known about it since inception. How do I simply hide it and no longer get the advertising offers for it? I see this post from 2022 Disable Apple Music - Apple Community

that suggest just turning off library sync - that cuts me off from the cloud, I would think. I share my library and do want current purchases everywhere.

Is possible to disable Apple Music auto-loading? my device (MacBook Air) constantly auto loads Apple Music mostly while in the middle of something important, but not sure why, I have never signed into it and have no intension of doing so, not a big Apple fan but need to use the device as is, I would love to disable the pesky program. any ideas?
