Phone case replacement

Did you purchase these cases directly from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller? If so, and you did you within the last 14 days, you should be able to return them for either a full refund or replacement. If after that timeframe, they would need to be examined by an Apple Technician to determine if they have a manufacturing defect. Otherwise, you can certainly replace them at your cost.

My phone case was damaged, I got email approval for replacement, but when I visit all of emirates Apple Store, the manager turned me down by saying it cannot be replaced! I’m disappointed, cannot trust apple anymore!
