Is your Apple Watch still paired with your iPhone? If it is, try unpairing it, then pairing it back to see if that resolves this issue: If you can't pair an Apple Watch with your iPhone - Apple Support

- Tap the "i" button
next to the watch that you want to unpair, then tap Unpair Apple Watch. - Tap again to confirm, then wait for the watch to unpair.
