Where is Ringtones tab in macOS Ventura?

Hello everyone. I can't find ringtones tab, where I downloaded (using a computer) by myself (crafted in .m4r format) ringtones. I want to check it and remove some of them. On a screenshot you can see what I have... Where it can be? Maybe through Finder?
