My purchased pre-ordered album won't play or download - only plays previews

Hi. I've encountered a problem that was discussed here previously, but none of the solutions actually helped me to resolve it.

I pre-ordered "Last man dancing" album by Jake Shears in February. As some songs from it came out, they automatically downloaded to my devices (iPhone SE and Macbook Pro 2020), and I was charged. The album came out on 1 of June, but I all I can do is listen to previews of not downloaded songs.

If I go to iTunes store, I can see the album, it says I purchased it, and that's it - I can't download songs. I push Purchased button, but nothing happens. And previews play.

When I go to Purchases (no matter if it's iTunes store on Mac or on iPhone), I can see the album in my library, but I have only 4 previously downloaded songs.

As you can see, the album is "downloaded", so I don't have the download icon neither on my Mac, nor on my iPhone when I access my Library.

There's nothing in hidden purchases as well.

I tried to log out and log in again on both devices.

I can't cancel the purchase to make it again because when I tap in iTunes window Account > View My Account, I don't have a link Manage my pre-orders (probably because the album came out, and it's not a pre-order anymore).

I also haven't got an email that the album is available now, although I'm sure it is.

When I try to play previews of the songs from Mac, it says that I should buy Apple Music subscription, which I don't need - I'm happy to buy only the music I need and when I need it.
