How do you cancel your subscriptions when the “cancel subscription” option will only turn grey for a second when you click it? I keep clicking “cancel subscription” but my subscription is not cancelled.

Have you tried to contact Apple Support or go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund or cancel a subscription. If you haven't tried those options yet I would suggest doing that as Apple Support has the ability to cancel it for you on their end too.

THEY TRAP YOU INTO SUBSCRIPTIONS. MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL THEM, BUT YOU CAN UPGRADE NO PROBLEM!!! I AM SO SICK OF TRYING TO MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION THROUGH APPLE! I WILL NEVER AGAIN EVER RECOMMEND APPLE OF ANYTHING TO ANYONE.
