Is it possible to control an iPhone screen from another location

I have an elderly grandparent who often struggles with using apps and gets lost. When she wants to call someone she doesn’t no how to open the app (no matter how much we teach her) and so we need to it for her but she lives elsewhere so we need some form of remote control of her screen to fix it.

Sorry, but I'm not aware of any way to remotely control someone else's iPhone. Instead, perhaps you could your grandparent how to ask Siri to make a phone call for her?

If it's a contact in her contacts, all she has to do is have "Hey Siri" turned on and then when she wants to call a contact, she would would simply say, "Hey Siri, Call John Smith" and the call will be made. If it's not a contact already in contacts, she could say, "Hey Siri, Call 999-999-9999"
