Give apps permissions when they don't automatically ask

I'm trying to install a mod for Minecraft that allows for in game mics. However, since Minecraft doesn't normally require a mic you have to use a script to launch it that forces it to ask for permission. My question is: Is there a way to forcefully give an app permission to a service when it doesn't naturally ask or require it?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.4

>System Settings>Privacy & Security>Microphone

...if necessary>Full Disk Access
