Stutter while swiping through home pages on iPhone 13 Pro

I can’t solve the problem with swiping through home pages on my iPhone. The bug disappears when I enable screen recorder, because it is much smoother and locks phone at 120Hz.

Reset/reboot can’t help. iOS 16.5. FPS limiter is disabled. Power Saving Mode too.

iPhone 13mini jitter and stutter animations in iOS Hello, when I had older iPhone 12mini with unknown version of iOS, it was all good but since I have got an iPhone 13mini it all started ever since... stuttering when I maximize an app and scrolling between apps etc. I used to experience Apple Iphone wihtout any problems in terms of stuttering but now??? It is big pain! Does anyone from Apple know about this issue?
