Not able to access bank account

I can sign into my bank account, however the screen goes blank after I enter my password

online banking My bank just updated their online banking site. Now I can't get it to work for me. I can sign in and a screen comes up but nothing will work for me. No matter where I click on the screen, nothing happens. Since it is the only thing I have had trouble with it must be something to do with the new update from the bank. I have called the bank and thy can't find the problem. They are able to see my account information with no problems. I have been dealing with this the whole week. I need to get this fixed. PLEASE help with this problem.

My bank keeps saying I need to update my safari. I don't know how to do this. I can bank info on my phone but not my Mac I can't get in to my bank anymore for my info

Read If Safari doesn't open a page or work as expected on your Mac - Apple Support.

Consider the possibility the bank's website may be defective.
