Hello KeetersDen,

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities about issues with your iPhone.

If you are unable to locate the Settings app on your Home Screen, you can use App Library to help locate it: Find your apps in App Library on iPhone - Apple Support

There is no option to reset just the Settings app if that is what you are referring to. You CAN reset all your settings, this will include your Home Screen layout and other settings, but not erase your data like pictures or contacts, etc.

To do that, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All Settings ONLY. Return iPhone settings to their defaults - Apple Support

You might consider making a backup prior to any resets just in case. How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Also, if that's not what you need, let us know why you think you need to reset the Settings app, or why you think you need to do this, and we'll work to find a solution that works.

Thanks.
