You said in email that iCloud will no longer be available. Will you stop charging me $0.99 for 50gb ?

Why does Apple make it hard to downgrade? Did every thing as instructed but after I entered my Apple ID I cannot press DONE.

See the following from Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support


Tap Done. If you can't tap Done, make sure that you're signed in with the same Apple ID that you use for your iCloud+ plan. You can also try following these steps on a different device. If you still need help, contact Apple Support.


Also note that iCloud continues to be available. The only recent change is the soon to come discontinuation of the My Photo Stream service as described in Information about the My Photo Stream shutdown - Apple Support
