my apps have suddenly grouped . how to undo this to all apps
My iPhone apps have all grouped into similar apps. How to u group on iPhone 13

I was frustrated with the "automatic grouping" that happens when everything gets put into the iPhone "Apps" menu.
I found this that puts everything back into singular icons:
in Settings -> General
in General, scroll down to the bottom and -> Transfer or Reset iphone
in Transfer or Reset iphone -> Reset
in Reset -> "Reset Home Screen Layout"
and voila, all your individual app icons will be spread out once again into a multi-page format.
DOWNSIDE: If you had grouped some of the apps into groups you created,
you'll have to do that all over again.
(i.e. drag apps on top of each other to create a group.
......Drag other apps into that group.)
