Apple Card in Wallet, there is no option request a titanium card, as described in Apple Instructions

I signed up for the Apple Card about six hours ago. I added the card to my IOS Wallet. So I followed the instructions for requesting a Titanium Card, but when I get to Card Details, there is no "Get a Titanium Apple Card". In addition, there is no option to add family members, which is supposed to be there as well.

And yes, I do have the most recent IOS OS installed (16.5). And yes, I restarted my phone. I also was on the chat for the card for about an hour, went through three reps with the final one being at Apple. No resolution.

What do I do?
