Can I use Gps + Cellular in Another Country?

There are 2 different cellular radios used in different Apple Watch models.

1) Canada, U.S., Mexico, Puerto Rico

2) The rest of the world.

An Apple Watch purchased in North America, would not work as a cellular phone in Turkey.

Plus the Warranty would only be good in the country where it was purchased.

The state of Georgia, in south east United States? Then it will not work in Turkey.

If you mean the country of Georgia on the Black Sea, then it should work in Turkey.
