How do I get rid of those two gray circles?

My kid was using the iPad and somehow those two circled appeared, and there is a gray line that connects them. I can’t control the screen at all, it’s like blocked. How do I get rid of this?

It seems like your iPad may be stuck in Zoom mode or the AssistiveTouch feature might have been activated accidentally. Both of these are accessibility features in iOS and iPadOS. Here’s how you can disable them:

Zoom Mode:

1. To zoom out, quickly double-tap the screen with three fingers.

2. To turn off Zoom completely, go to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom and toggle it off.

AssistiveTouch:

1. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch.

2. Toggle off AssistiveTouch.

If neither of these options work, try forcing a restart on your iPad:

Force Restart:

1. Press and hold both the Home and the Top (or Side) buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Note: If your iPad has Face ID, press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Power button until the device restarts.

Remember, it’s always a good idea to lock your iPad with a passcode if your kid uses it, to prevent accidental changes to settings.
