iPhone XS frequently loses network connection

My iPhone XS frequently loses network connection even in areas where the network coverage is good. The connection can be restored if I reset the network setting. I am using Visible at this time, but the same problem happened frequently when I was using Mintmobile.

Could this be a hardware problem?

About Call Dropping and iOS:

A. Install the Most-Recent Update:

What is your iPhone Model Number and iOS Version? To find out, go to: Settings > General About. If you live in a rural location, then this is lonely to occur with little to no signal.

Updating the iOS Using a Computer:

B. Provide Feedback to Apple:

If you Carrier has no answers, then you should report this to Apple. Apple needs to be made aware of what is going on here. So, leave Apple feedback. Question is: "Just how many people have reported this to Apple?"

Report this to Apple:

Do your part: Let Apple know what is going on here. Provide them with feedback on this. They may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they received on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in updates to come.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Comment: that it is after installing the update when the issue began. Include the URL of this thread.
  3. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  4. Proceed from there aw necessary

"Thanks. But it’s not a WiFi problem. It’s the connection to cell phone service. For whatever reason, the signal bars just disappear. After resetting the network setting, the signal bars come back, some times to full level."

Thank you for the followup reply.

Contact your Carrier:

If services are not working as they should, then Contact your Carrier, as they are the one who provide you with the service.
