Is there anyway to get my messages back and all my information I saved to my I note app?

Only from your backup, or from iCloud sync if you synced with iCloud.
How did you backup the device? To a computer or using iCloud?
Restore from that backup. If you synced data with iCloud, be sure to log into your iCloud account to sync information that may not be in your backup.

I did exactly what the associates told me to do. What I need to know is what can I do to get my texts, my I notes and the rest of my phone numbers that have disappeared?
Why does Xfinity associates tell you that once you do a back up on your phone, everything will be saved so it will transfer to new phone. I asked several different associates before I deleted my phone to send back to insurance company,all lied
