You'll have to search around. Look on eBay and an other sources (i.e. craigslist) or go to an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider). An AASP is the Safest Option.
Important:
If you get one, have the seller perform as interacted here, including the iCloud Logout: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade In your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If they do not log out of it, you will never be able to get logged in, and you will have been scammed as a result.
