I bought a used iPhone so I don’t know if this is the problem.
I did a device reset and when I go to Wallet and hit Add to add a new credit card, I keep seeing the pop up “Add Cards to Wallet”. If I click on Learn More, it opens up a browser page. Whether O hit that or Cancel, it doesn’t let me add the card
