icloud payment problem?
I have icloud free with applecare plan.
But, What is it?
And also there is no have menu about "update payment settings" in settings.
and I lost icloud+ plan?

Hello! iCloud+ is a service that is used to store the data you choose from any of your Apple devices. Originally, it was known as just 'iCloud'.
You're correct in saying that there is no menu called "update payment settings" in Settings. Instead, you will have to navigate: your name > Payment & Shipping > your card. Then, you can update your card details from here. :)
If you're being billed incorrectly because you have an active AppleCare plan, speak to Apple Support: Get Support.
