Add mobile network features to iPhone 13

Add features for the Snapdragon X60 modem to iPhone 13 lineup:

- Voice over NR (Vo5G / VoNR)

- Satellite Access in 5G (e.g. for Starlink 2nd Gen)

- 3GPP Release 16

Add 5G NR bands for iPhone 13 lineup and newer: n13, n14, n18, n23, n24, n26, n34, n39, n46, n47, n50, n51, n53, n54, n65, n67, n70, n74, n75, n76, n80, n81, n82, n83, n84, n85, n86, n89, n90, n91, n92, n93, n94, n95, n97, n98, n99; 6 GHz: n96, n102, n104; NTN: n255, n256.

According to the open modem specifications, it supports VoNR. There are also confidential specifications and they indicate these functions as supported.

Of course, the 5G NR bands are not all supported by the modem, but I'm not asking to add them all.
