MS Teams camera not working

On my iMac running Ventura 13.3.1, I can not get the camera to work in MS Teams. Green light comes on showing camera is "on", but no image. Odd too, if i hook up an external camera to my iMac, same issue

I have deleted and reinstalled Teams as recommended. I do not see Teams as an option to add in the Camera section of Privacy and Security in System Settings...

Any help would be appreciated!
