Hello Ojiisan808,

Screen mirror should still be available on those devices based on the information provided.

Be sure you have followed each of these steps exactly. They are found at Use AirPlay to stream video or mirror the screen of your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support:

1. Connect your device to the same Wi-Fi network as your Apple TV, AirPlay-compatible smart TV, or Mac.
2. Find the video that you want to stream.
3. Tap AirPlay . In some apps, you might need to tap a different button first.1 For example, in the Photos app, tap Share , then tap AirPlay .
4. Choose your TV or Mac from the list.
To stop streaming, tap AirPlay  in the app that you're streaming from, then tap your iPhone or iPad from the list.

If the problem continues, power cycle all the devices involved. While simple, this can refresh the iOS, apps and connections.

Have a good day.
