There is no process to recover a deleted playlist in Apple Music. If this was a playlist you added from Apple Music you may be able to locate that item and re-add it to your library. If this was a created playlist you shared and others added to their device, they may be able to provide you access to that from their device. Otherwise recreating the playlist would be necessary.
