Bypass software update required apps

How can I bypass on the App Store so I can download apps with out a updated version needed

iPhone 6, iOS 12

You can’t update an iPhone 6 past iOS 12, so if an app requires an iOS version of 13 or newer, you can’t get it. The only way to get it is to get a new phone.
