iPhone/FaceTime Bug

Hello all,

I recently noticed that when I am using FaceTime and my iPhone 14 Pro has Portrait Orientation Lock: On that it will still rotate to landscape for the other party I am FaceTiming as it does when my phone rotates with Portrait Orientation Lock: Off. This can cause the screen to turn unintentionally and without knowing. Has anyone else noticed this?

Also, it got me thinking. Is there a place to discuss/report bugs for Apple products?

Hello A-Scott,

Based on what you've shared this issue is only happening in FaceTime. While on a call your device will switch to the appropriate mode for your iPhone orientation.

There is not a dedicated place to discuss issues, however, you can seek resolutions to specific issues within the community or leave feedback directly to Apple here: Product Feedback - Apple

Take care!
