why is one of my kid's apple id's "disabled in the App Store and iTunes?"

It's only happening for one of three kids.

Why?

How do we fix it?

There's a problem with their iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
